Develop all content and materials for 325+ attendee, year-long leadership development program, taking overall theme and building out three, 8-hour, onsite retreats, developing exercises and activities to engage participants in material, creating accompanying workbooks and planners, writing and distributing weekly emails, and planning and executing monthly webinar-style roundtables with industry experts. Lead generation campaign leveraging new agency positioning—packaging previous blogs and resources into all-in-one digital guide. Developed online resource, printed PDF + planner, direct mailer, and social posts promoting the guide to clients and prospects.Â
RFP copy, content, and format overhauls to focus on key metrics and KPIs—making our presentations more scannable and concise and better communicating agency story and value proposition to prospective clients. Won next step interviews, booked 25% of Yearly Agency Revenue Goals, earned client + prospect praise.
Response to RFQs for housing in the Black Hills. Branded proposal created via Canva. Online community presentation to share concept and vision with local residents unable to attend in person due to Covid restrictions. Digital presentation created by joining Canva slide animations and moving drone footage in Adobe Premiere Rush with audio track overlaid to present the neighborhood plan.
Site proposal and RFP created with InDesign. RFP designed to bring two brands together in one cohesive, united team. Previous submissions were haphazard and rushed, slapping a second brand’s cover page onto our fully designed proposal. This document blended both seamlessly, to portray elevated professionalism and intentionality.
Site proposal aims to convey site essentials in graphic, easy to skim layout. Addresses frequently asked questions, high impact metrics, and clearly indicates next steps.
Project Tour series created to allow community leaders to take a virtual project tour when in person car rides were not feasible.
Series, created via Adobe Premiere Rush and InDesign, integrated drone footage, project narrative, fun facts, and data, and was shared via Facebook and company website. Links to videos were shared via newspaper articles and digital banners and became quite a hit with the community.
Brand analysis and website map created via Canva for agency partnerships. Brand assessment addresses fonts, logos, colors, documents, mission/vision, brand personality, legacy, mobile functionality, advantages, competitors, markets, etc.

Site has been continually refined, working to simplify project access and implement Storybrand principles.
Response to formal RFP created via Adobe InDesign. Main goal: to unite three separate company brands, styles, and visions into one cohesive team presentation. Testimonial quotes, narrative, and photos from all three firms are woven together to present strong capable project team while allowing each group to shine. Secure $26.4 million construction contract and multi-million dollar, 20 year lease.
